This is a non-smoking and no pets duplex. The owner will do all the yard maintenance including taking out the trash. When completed the tenant will have limited access to the guest suite in the adjoining apartment for visiting family and friends.

Newton is a great city to raise a family in to even work in! We also even have great public schooling with a lot of extracurricular activities for those middle school junior high and high school! "
