About this House

Nice private lot with 2.5 acres and 2 separate homes, each with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. These manufactured homes are on a cement slab with permits. House one in front is 1660 sq. ft. and House 2 in the back is 1440 sq. ft. Both homes have their own water well and separate electric. Both are newly painted and the front is a 1996 and the back is a 1993 Silver Crest. Both have central air and nice front porches. There is a 5000 gal. water tank on the property and a 1200 gal. septic tank. The horse property (zoned for 2 horses) has a corral with tack room and also a chicken coop and large garden area. The detached garage is 20x20 and has an electric door opener. This is a great compound for family or live in one and rent the other. Great deal!!

    "The worst ever on the freeways. Lots of accidents. Roads are not wide enough. Motorcyclist are always having problems fitting through between the cars. I wish that they were not allowed to go between us. When they pass you if you didn’t see them coming, they rev their engines and scare you in two weeks a while back I seen three different motorcycles down on the freeway between here and San Diego, the road that the Oasis is on is so noisy when I drive on it it definitely needs repairs."
