About this House

Whole house NO carpet, Super easy for cleaning on Tiles and Vinyl planks, a lot of kitchen sliding drawers (love it, Sliding drawers only, not the items on top :))! Master Bedroom is downstairs.

The walking distance to grocery stores, and restaurants offers convenience.

1) Maximum 2 pets. Pet deposit of $300 for each pet. $200 of each pet deposit is non-refundable.
2) NOT PERMITTED: Smoking, Waterbeds
3) Tenants are required to have Renter's Insurance on property.
4) Any Homeowner's Association (HOA) fines given during the tenant's lease term for failure to comply with HOA rules and regulations including but not limited to unsightly objects outside, trash cans left-out, etc., will be tenant's cost to pay.
5) Tenants agree to notify landlord immediately if any damage to the property occurs, either due to nature, faulty systems, or otherwise. Ex. water stains due to roof leaks, leaking or broken HVAC system, plumbing leak, or potential fire hazards. If determined that tenant knowingly let damage worsen without notifying landlord, a portion of security may be subtracted.
6) Tenants are required to keep the property odor free. Any smells that leave a lasting or permanent odor will be the responsibility of the tenants to remedy. This is included but not limited to pet smells, pet urine, pet feces, cooking smells, or general uncleanliness.
7) The Homeowner is responsible for paying a monthly Homeowners Association (HOA) fee, which covers expenses related to yard maintenance such as mowing and watering.
RENTER(Tenant) is responsible for paying their own utilities.

We are using Zelle rental application ($35 Per Adult) but owner has to send the link for application.
