About this House

This traditional all brick one level 3 bedroom 1.5 bath brick home has been well maintained and located in the established Belvedere Manor Subdivision. The original hardwood floors have been beautifully refinished and the Home has brand new paint. It also has a separate dining area, a spacious patio overlooking a large backyard and covered parking. Washer & Dryer is supplied. Pest Control is Included in Rent. Gas is Required for Heat and Water Heater. Pets are not Allowed.

** There is a $150.00 admin fee charged to new tenants.
