Great neighborhood with very friendly and respectful neighbors. A walking distance from restaurants, parks, banks, University of Florida Hospital, pharmacy, bars, etc. Street parking. Porch does not have a screen.

Owner pays for water, yard maintenance, quarterly fumigation inside and outside the unit. Renter responsible for electric. One month rent security deposit. No smoking allowed inside, on the porch or yard. Small pet ( up to 20 pounds) permitted. Verifiable, 3 times the rent, income requirements. No evictions on record.
