About this House

4 bedroom house with shared kitchen and communal living space (downstairs room was negotiated occupied by current long-term tenant, but still technically shared). Street parking in a safe/nice area in Bothell, WA, relatively close to many of the schools in the surrounding area. 12-minute drive to Alderwood Mall via back roads as well! We have a cat currently, so pets are relatively not allowed past the one that we already have. We are really friendly, but also mostly stick to our own business around the house and stay out of each other's hair. If you're looking for a super chill, spacious, and affordable living situation in a good area, this is the spot for you!

A 1-year lease contract is required, but it is not 100% necessary to stay the entire time. You would be living with three other roommates and share a bathroom with one other person. It's in a safe/nice area that is accessible to most things anyone should need!

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
