About this House

There's a putting green in the backyard. That's not the best part.

The best part is that two families can live here and neither one compromises. Both master bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom. Every bedroom has its own closet. Four bedrooms, three full baths, and nobody waiting on anybody in the morning.

The backyard is where you'll actually live. Pool. Putting green. Outdoor TV for the game. Metal cornhole set. An orange tree that actually produces. Pool service and landscaping are included in your rent you never touch a skimmer or a mower.

Parking that solves a problem instead of creating one. A four-car carport and a six-car driveway. 6 spaces dedicated to this home. Bring the truck, the trailer, the project car, and still have room for everyone who shows up on Saturday.

Smart where it counts. Alexa-enabled lighting throughout. Keypad entry you set your own code, no key to lose. Security cameras at the exterior entry points, under your control.

Private on three sides. Open space where the neighbors would be. You'll notice it the first evening you sit outside.

Location, Location, Location. Under ten minutes to Biltmore and downtown Phoenix. Ten to Sky Harbor. Fifteen to Tempe, ASU and Old Town Scottsdale. Papago Park, the Desert Botanical Garden and the Zoo are minutes east; Camelback and Piestewa trailheads a short drive north. This is the most centrally located pocket in the Valley wherever you're going, you're already halfway there.

Please read before you tour: there is a separate detached rental at the rear of the lot. The backyard, pool and parking are shared with that resident. The house itself is entirely yours private entry, private interior, no shared walls. Term: 12-month minimum; 24-month term preferred and rewarded with a reduced rate. Available Immediately.

Deposit & fees: security deposit = 1 month rent

Utilities: SRP electric, city of Phoenix water/sewer/trash, and internet are included in $395 monthly fee. Landscaping and pool maintence are responsibility of tenant (landlord has very affordable options for outsourcing)

Pets Welcome. Pet Deposit and/or pet rent may apply (on a case-by-case basis) Yard waste picked up by the resident; repeat findings will incur a fine.

Resident maintenance: swap HVAC filters every 30 days (filters supplied by owner); report leaks and irrigation breaks within 48 hours.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."
