    "Some dogs are escape artists and run the street, pooping in other peoples yards. The owners don’t bother to try to clean up. It’s too woodsy. Most people are very respectful with their animals. Walking them on leash and making sure they aren’t causing others problems."

    "It’s super far away from everything. We are way out in the boondocks. Not a great place for a commuter, but still a lovely place to live. Settlers Bay is a beautiful high-end neighborhood but KGB is a very dangerous road. The state plans on putting more funding into making the road safer, so in the future it won’t be so bad. "

Virginia hillbilly types who lurk about, making the decent hard working types second guess the actual value behind the beauty of the surrounding nature.
