    "Coming from Austin, this neighborhood resembled the charm of Hyde Park. We have thoroughly enjoyed all the neighborhood has had to offer. If the sun is out, so are all the residents; walking, running, biking - dogs and children in tow. We love walking to Brady's Coffee shop (where we are now "regulars"). The walk to Childrens Park, First Pres. park or Bergfeld park has offered more variety in our walking routes to get out and play. There is always something going on at Bergfeld - living blocks from there, we have never had to drive to these events! Even the races that we have helped sponsor, we've arrived on foot. So fun! The Springtime brings breathtaking views - no pictures can do it justice. The location for our daily commutes (to work downtown, and over to Troup Hwy for church) couldn't be easier; we are at our destination in 3 minutes. The passion of our residents in regard to Brady-Bartlett is contagious. Everyone is so well connected, determined to make this neighborhood one great community! And that is why we love Brady-Bartlett."
