Relax by the "River" or stroll to the Village or Beach. Shadowbrook restaurant and many other favorites are nearby. Grocery stores, banks etc. are about 1/3 mile away. Feel free to ask Janet, the property manager for a tour of Capitola.

This furnished, wonderful cottage is usually rented by the week at $195/night plus $12% vacation rental taxes and $140 cleaning with a $1500 deposit. OR by the month in Winter, for $3900/month plus $3900 deposit and $140 cleaning per month. Owner pays for utilities. Two vehicles may park off street on the property if standard sized. No smoking or pets please. Ideal for 1-2 people.
