Most everything (beaches, museums, city centers, theme parks, historical sites, etc.) is within an hour drive. Buckroe Beach is about 2 miles away. Fort Monroe is about 4.5 miles away. Yorktown Beach and Virginia Beach are within driving distance (20-35 miles or about 30-45 min).
