    "Rules to living in East Flatbush; 1) Learn the Alternate Side Parking Rules, 2) If you don’t find parking on the street by 5PM, then you’ll have to look 5AM, 3) There’s a lot of working families that are predominantly immigrants so respect everyone’s culture, and 4) Get used to house parties and loud music on the weekends, and especially around Labor Day Weekend."

My children also commute back and forth on the trains and buses to get to school, activities and even on the weekends to spend time with tripwire families. "
