After living in multiple rental properties, I can honestly say that Josh is hands down the best landlord I've had. He is extremely responsive to both big and small requests. Nothing concerning the home ever took more than a day or two to be taken care of. He is also extremely flexible and cares that his tenants are well accommodated. Josh also genuinely cares about the quality of his rental properties. I remember right before moving in he had the entire home repainted. I will definitely miss having such a great landlord!
