A security deposit of $1025 and first month's rent are required upon move-in. Cats are allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. Owner pays for water/sewer, trash, and lawn care. Tenant pays for electric, gas, appliances, and snow removal.

If you cannot make the open house, you can still apply for the unit by submitting (via email) your Proof of Income, Photo ID, and phone number for landlord reference. If we are interested in your application, we will set up a private showing with you.

    "Public transportation is mediocre around here. Inconveinet and unreliable. As for driving it isn't bad. LaSalle expressway and parkway make commuting from LaSalle to downtown easy. Niagara falls Blvd , river raid and Grand island bridge all make it easy to commute to nearby cities for work."
