Unit includes all solid surface flooring and an outdoor deck off of the kitchen. The eat-in-kitchen features a dishwasher, oven/stove, and refrigerator. Coin operated laundry is available on the lower level. Water, sewer, and trash is paid by owner. Tenant is responsible for electric and snow removal. We require a credit score of 620 or greater and that rent is no more than 30% of your income. We also run a criminal background check. HUD or other rental assistance programs not accepted. First month's rent fee of $500.00 is due at lease signing and is non-refundable. Pets accepted with breed restrictions and additional fees.

    "The neigborhood is clean and safe for the most part, those are the pros. The cons are lack of sidewalks which makes walking difficult. Older infrastructure on sewer lines and needs updating. Difficult to bike and walk pet. Have not heard any tornado sirens, perhaps those too need infrastructure updates. Also getting too high percentage of rentals, city needs to control that. "

    "Only sidewalks in some places and stop they unexpectedly stop on busy roads. There are some quieter subdivisions you can walk your dogs in where the road is safe and not having sidewalks doesn’t matter as much. Watch out for houses with messy front yards and street areas where broken glass could hurt your pups. "
