"I’ve lived here for 17+ years and have no intention of moving. It’s a great neighborhood within a great little town. Children are aplenty in this area and there are wonderful schools for them to go to. There are several places to eat, but no lodging if you were just passing through. 2 thumbs up for me!"
  • Tennis.star509
"Easy but far from larger cities. By the Hoosier heartland which makes for a fast way to Lafayette and Logansport! "
  • Carrie J. B.
"Everyone is very friendly and there are many parks for kids to play. Plenty of areas to fish and swim."
  • Sarah A. A.
"I drive myself to and from either in traffic or not but no public transportation is available however there’s services that are available for those in need"
  • Veronica R. B.
"Everything is within walking distance. Commute is easy. On rare occasions you might have to wait for a train that is stopped."
  • Sarahm3521
"I like the small close knit community. Cost of living is low. Friendly people. I grew up in this community."
  • annekajans
"We've been here for 21 years and enjoyed making our home here! Although a smaller community, it's retained it's family oriented and friendly atmosphere, but kept up with the times. It's a quiet place, but close enough to Lafayette, Monticello, Logansport and Rossville/Frankfort, if we need to have a little more excitement or make a Walmart run. Three of our children graduated from Delphi High School and we appreciated the excellence in education. "

"We have lived here for over 10 years. We would love to pick it up and place it in lafayette. We know we are giving up the perfect place to be closer to our children and work."
