"We have a block party every summer and each neighbor brings a dish or two and my husband cooks the meat on our smoker. Kids & adults plays games, we have music, and canopies to sit under. We know ALL of our neighbors on a first name basis, & help each other with repairs, etc. I have keys to my neighbor’s house in case of emergency or a trip."

"None. This neighborhood is standoffish and people don’t talk to each other or interact with each other. Some neighbors are huge partners and annoy neighbors "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 7 years and really enjoy it. It's quiet and everyone is very friendly. The park is right around the corner and has an excellent walking trail."
