Our farmhouse cottage is available for rent on our property! The inside is completely remodeled, and a new roof just finished July 10th. The outside is still being renovated slowly as we are able too. (We are currently adding the privacy fence and painting the exterior in our spare time.) It is a detached house with an upstairs bedroom and walk in closet overlooking to the downstairs. The cottage sits to the side and behind our house with privacy. The cottage comes with a fridge, stove, microwave, and a brand-new LG stacked washer and dryer. We are in the country off of the highway with privacy and overlooking a large, beautiful pond. We are located four miles from Lake Tawakoni and are centrally located. We are seven minutes to Quinlan, twelve minutes to Terrell, twenty-five minutes to Forney, thirty-two minutes to Rockwall, and fifty minutes to Dallas. You are still close enough for shopping, hospitals, and fun activities that are always close by including Canton Trade Days. You must be okay with horses and farm animals around the property. It is the perfect cottage if you are looking for a quiet peaceful place to call home and unplug from the hustle and bustle of work life. The backyard will be rebuilt with a privacy fence and is perfect for you to grow a little garden or have chickens of your own once completed. We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy person or couple who wants to enjoy the country life. The current renter just moved so it is available for August. Deposit must be paid to hold the house. Please do not waste our time if you are unable to pay rent. The the deposit mist be paid before holding for anyone. IF INTERESTED PLEASE FILL OUT A RENTAL APPLICATION TO PROCEED WITH TOURING THE PROPERTY.

The water and trash are included in the rent you pay your own electric. The deposit is due to hold the house and first months rent is due upon signing the lease. Small animals are allowed if potty trained and does not tear up the place. We are allowed to remove the pet policy at any time if causing damage to the house. Must be honest about these on your application.
