"I lived in Maryvale when I was a child until I was 10 years old. Do you know what makes this neighborhood new unique is that there is a plethora of ethnicity. There is a multitude of restaurants to choose from and there is always small little shops that you have never been to before the visit. There are plenty of convenience stores, easy access to the interstate in gas stations. There is a large mall not far away."
  • Maggie_macias74
"We like it. It’s a nice place to live. We live in the area and we want to stay here. We love the neighborhood and the people in our community. We hope to later on buy a home here! "

"It can be crazy in terms of the noise which may overwhelm you.As for the calmness it’s alright although I have come accustomed to the noise. Its only uniqueness is the closeness of restaurants and a mall to go to."
  • Gigi G.
"There are many friendly families in this neighborhood and you can see kids playing outside. You can also go for family walks in the afternoon as many families do. The schools are relatively good too. Overall Maryvale is a tight community aside from the crime which is getting better. "
