The big large room in the great building clean right next to the D train literally want a female that's responsible clean and pays the rent on time you got access to the kitchen the bathroom if need be it's a big room if you fit a big bed in there it's ready to go

It's month to month it's 900 a month that includes everything including your air condition it's right next to the D train great shopping great neighborhood I'm literally a hundred feet from the D train can't beat that in the neighborhood is great I want a female that is responsible professional and just pays on time that's what I'm looking for there is no lease like I said it's month to month they can stay here as long as they want long as they pay the rent on time
