Plenty of space for everyone in the family. Nice private (completely fenced in) back yard with a beautiful, large, new porch. Open concept kitchen-living area. Separate dining room area, and second living area or play room. The home has lots of charm and light throughout.
Rent is 2300/month+100=flat added fee for water+trash+sewer added to the rent, monthly.
Large, partially enclosed, fenced in carport+ off street parking available.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. (2 pets maximum).
Renter must have 3X income, and acceptable credit rating (650+). No criminal record, no evictions. Landlord does run a background check on all potential applicants (application/background check fee is paid by each adult applicant).
