There is a seperate flat rate for all utilities which include (Water, Electric, Gas, Sewer, Trash, and Wifi). Shared Washer and Dryer attached to unit. Newer Refrigerator & Microwave included. Very short walking distance to the Beachcomber to meet up with friends. Take advantage of a fantastic beach life. Watch beautiful sunsets on the beach.

Rental Application Requirements:

-Combined income must be at least 3x the monthly rent.
-Each applicant must have a credit score of 650 or higher.
-There is a $49 application fee per applicant.
-All applicants aged 18 and older must submit their own application.
-We conduct individual credit and background checks for each applicant.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we are closed on weekends.
