All utilities are a flat 100 fee which includes electric, water, heat and wifi. Available July 1st and offered month to month or longer for reduced fee.

3-5 months: 2000 (2100 total)
6-12 months: 1900 (2000 total)
Pets considered on a case by case basis with additional fee.
