They are too busy trying to report people to CPS instead of getting to the root of the problem. Teachers do not communicate with the parents and the school is too worried about test scores for their school instead of teaching the students.

"I’ve lived here 30 years. I have some good neighbors. The neighborhood is diverse, and most residents own their homes. I walk my dogs in the area. Lake Waco, the dam hike and bike trail, Cameron Park, the Mammoth National Monument, and the airport are all within a few blocks or a short drive. Trees!"
