Welcome, it's charming home with stylish and beautiful 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. New modern stylish and high end appliances. A ranch home located in private court. The environment is full of forest and lake with nature healing air. The community have lake, airport, small cafe, fishing, swimming, play ground, basketball. School bus available.

Around 12-18 miles to downtown Placerville, El Eldorado irrigation district, 38 miles to Folsom, 58 miles to Sacramento, 68 miles to south lake Tahoe.

Environments:
Swansboro country is located northeast of U.S. Route 50 where it crosses State Route 49. From the south, it is accessible only via Rock Creek Road, or via the "Swinging Bridge" over the American River canyon on Mosquito Road.
Our cabin is nested within forest which is around 2600ft high level and has four seasons (winter has snow). In this area there are some grocery delivery service such as Safeway and others's providers and there is delivery service such as USPS, UPS, FedEx etc. Internet signal is very stable in this location for T-mobile, At&t and Verizon carriers etc.. The people in this community are very amicable and lovable.

Each season brings you to enjoy unique scenery and astonish the sky's beauty. There are major lakes to watch the flock of Canadian Geese fly in right at sunset as the horizon blends into the watercolor sky. In the early morning or evening to meet deer and early birds. This wonderful setting, nestled deep into the forest. Enjoy the scenic and exhilarating drive to our hidden gem along the South Fork of the American River- this is all for you to discover.

    "Placerville is a mixture of Sierra Foothills with bigger city amenities. It's a beautiful area and has a rich history connected to the Gold Rush in 1848. Plenty of recreational opportunities for all ages. "

    "Eskaton has great dog paths, it's a retirement community in Placerville and very quiet and friendly. For the most part people pick up their dog doo but occasionally you get a few bad apples. But that's anywhere I think. Overall, the community has a lot of different diverse walking paths with poop poles strategically placed. "
