No smoking on the premise. Looking to share space with working professional who is easy going. No remote workers. Will do 3, 6, 9 or 12 month leases. Renter is responsible for cleaning/tidying of own space. Pets are open for discussion with pet deposit. Garage space available for small vehicle. Utilities are included in cost of rent include A/C, water, internet, hulu, peacock and Netflix. Must pass background and credit check.
