Description

The sellers have professional landscaped front and back yard using an appealing divided terrace appearance. There is a sitting area facing the house that would be great as relaxation area. As you enter the front door you will find a stained glass inset front door that also has a screened storm door. Flooring is tile flooring in the common living area. Bedrooms are covered with high quality carpet. The living room has ceiling knick-knack decoration shelves on both sides. Living room has French doors leading onto the deck at is located at the back door. The deck is large and has different levels. One bedroom has rope chair railing with oak wall cover underneath. Master bath has double sink and separate bath and shower. Kitchen has very nice counter tops and large kitchen inland. Large double sink dark gray granite composite inset tubs with pot water faucet with sprayer. Because the seller wanted to update the kitchen counter for the new owner they just insulted beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen. This is a real wow factor. There are lots of middle stained oak cabinets with heavy duty hinges. There is enough room in this kitchen to had an eat in area. Kitchen has a built in microwave, figure print resistant refrigerator, flat top stove and self cleaning convention oven. Refrigerator has a lockable dispenser for ice and water with a light. House was pressure cleaned and some of the room freshly painted. Custom colors, fans and lighting accent the rooms throughout house. This house is a rare find. The Corp of Engineers has come in and rerouted the water drainage around the house. So it properly drains, giving extra protection for the home owner. Also resulting in new septic drain fields, and piping in 2009. Sellers have determined that they are willing to pay only the items that is required by the state and by a VA loan on the closing cost. No room for negotiations on closing cost.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
