NO RISK Application Fee. Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis. If an application is accepted prior to your submission, your application fee will be refunded. You will not be refunded if you apply and you do not meet the criteria below.

Verifiable gross monthly income, must be 3 times the rental price (all sources considered)
Submit most recent 30 days of paystubs
No felonies
No bankruptcies in the last 5 years
Minimum credit score of 600 (all sources considered)
No previous evictions
Have positive rental references
Must currently maintain a clean residence
Ability to pay rent online or in cash using pay slip (Money order/ checks are not accepted)
Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application
