Laundry is on site/w a laundry chute, and an outside entrance to the laundry area. There are two fenced in yards and space in the basement to store your canoe, kayak, bicycle, skis, snowboards, camping gear, etc. There is both on and off street parking, 1/2 block to bus stop, 10 minutes from campus, 1/2 block (across the parking lot) from Essentia (St. Mary's) and a couple of blocks from the Whole Foods Co-op.
All units are smoke free, party free units. $35 processing fee per applicant, pets welcome with pet fee and monthly pet rent.
