About this House

Upstairs Apartment two blocks to Baker Park. The unit was remodeled recently with refinished hardwood floors, updated kitchen and bathroom, and central heat and air conditioning, a rarity in downtown Frederick apartments. There is a garage available for off street parking ($150) which will fit smaller cars.
It should be available June 1. The open house is Saturday the 16th from 6-7 and Wednesday the 20th from 7-8

Dogs are on a case by case basis. We both know which breeds aren't allowed. The yard will be fenced in by late summer. No cats.
