Bedroom 1: king bed (slight ocean view from window) on separate floor of the house with private four piece master bathroom.

Bedroom 2: queen size bed on first floor with access to extra-large bathroom.

Bedroom 3: full over full bunk bed with a single trundle bed on lower level next to bedroom 4(the second bunk bed room). Lots of room for children to hang out watch movies and be together.

Bedroom 4: L shaped room with twin over full bunk bed. Extra-large very deep closet for storage.

1st floor bathroom: 3 piece bathroom with large walk in shower also a washer and dryer in the room.

2nd floor bathroom: private four piece bathroom accessed from master bedroom on private upper split level. The large hall area leaves room to create a walk in closet accessed from the bathroom or bedroom. Large storage under the counter with a seating area. Large deep storage closet. Shower is fully tiled with built in nook.

I am sure you will feel comfortable and enjoy the proximity to the beach. Please due to health issues no smoking and no animals, reptiles, or anything that is not a human allowed to be on the property for visit or rental. heat, electric included cable package available for an extra cost.
