On the third floor you'll find an additional living space with a large sofa, smart TV, and a table which is perfect for doing crafts with the kids, or working on homework! The adorable bedroom is just off of the living space and features a queen size bed. There is also a full bathroom on this level for your convenience!

Walk across the backyard, and past the fire pit, to access the adorable bonus space above the garage! This is the perfect space to host guests and offer ultimate privacy, or to use as a home office. This space has a pullout sofa, desk and chair, Smart TV, and a full bathroom!

Parking is provided in the driveway. Dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee!

In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $600 upon signing the lease agreement.
