Description

Tucked away on a sidewalk-lined street in one of Berwick's most sought after neighborhoods, this classic Colonial quietly showcases the kind of setting people spend years searching for- mature trees, a true sense of community, and a home that delivers on every level.
From the moment you step through the door, the layout just works. This meticulously maintained 3-bedroom Colonial welcomes you with warmth from the start. Mornings begin in the sun-filled great room, the true heart of the home, and drift easily to the screened porch overlooking a new patio.
Designed for both everyday comfort and effortless entertaining, the open-concept kitchen features cherry cabinetry, a center island, pantry, and casual dining with direct access through sliders to the outdoors. A hardwood floor dining room and flexible first-floor bonus room grant space for den, a home office, your vision awaits...
Upstairs, the primary suite is a true retreat- a walk-in closet, a large private bath, and room to exhale. Two additional bedrooms and a second full bath round out the second floor, along with a walk-up attic that's a storage dream come true.
Need more space? The full walk-out basement is ready for whatever you envision, workshop, a home gym, playroom, or finished living area. An attached two-car garage with remote openings and an additional door keeps life convenient year-round and the mud where it belongs!

"Good neighborhood, safe, quiet, easy commutes, friendly, good school system, quaint, farms, golf courses"
  • Leah R.
"Nice to walk dogs lots of children and friendly neighbors. Lived here for 3 years"
  • Katie L.
"It's a nice loop so walking your dog on a quiet road is nice and easy to do. it is hard though because the front yards of people's homes are the green space available which means your dog will likely pee on some else's yard or plants on the walk. "
  • Brian R.
"My town is great by offering family atmosphere and beautiful landscape with nice houses, great schools and a recreation department that will make your children feel at ease and safe."
  • Voxdcm
"Strawberry festival day, concert in the park series ,playgrounds recreational sports and activities.."
  • Jaymacres
"where I live is a very busy street and the cars go way to fast. I know a woman who was killed on my street walking her dog. there are so many places to go to walk your dog but the convenience of stepping right outside and going isnt always the safest option."
  • Erin B.
"It is a very nice, community oriented downtown setting, without any dangers of a typical downtown area. There are a lot of rents filled with friendly neighbors."
  • Lauren V.
"If you are looking for a private life, quiet, wooded area with lots of land for animals or hunting or snowmobiling. This is it! "
  • dave_palmer5
"I've lived in Berwick for 28 yrs and know this neighborhood which is in my opinion still one of the nicest, well kept rural neighborhoods in Berwick. You feel like your deep in the country, well away from the City traffic and problems, yet your only 10-15 minutes away from any type of shopping needs you have and just 17 miles to Portsmouth, NH. You can be at the York, Wells or Ogunquit beaches in under 30 minutes. If your thing is the Mountains, your just 45 minutes to just over an hour to the White Mountains of NH. You are 45 minutes to Portland Maine, just over an hour to Boston Mass and just minutes to some of the finest dining anywhere. The town of Berwick has one of the Oldest Summer Theaters in the Country, the Hackmatack Playhouse....! The school system is second to none, the town services are excellent, the crime rate is almost non existent when it comes to home invasions or personal attacks. I know this neighborhood has many kids and safe areas to play. I have been in this particular home and would be my first choice to raise a family if I had one. The house is absolutely incredible, the owner very knowledgeable about the home and I learned it was designed to be built in 3 phases, the first built in 1986, 2nd 1995 and the 3rd has yet to be completed. What strikes me as incredible is you could NOT buy a piece of property in a neighborhood like this and build a home like this for the price they are asking.......!!"
