BACKGROUND:

We are the ONLY home in the area with a fenced-in lot-sized yard that is close to the Hampton River and Seabrook Beach. Enjoy fishing/swimming at Seabrook beach to walk down to the Hampton Strip for the Casino, Arcades, and Fried Dough! The yard is yours to use and/or split with the other side ( a smaller, attached unit)! To be candid, the house does not have a washer/dryer, but we are near 3 local laundromats within 1-2 miles of the home.

A short drive to Newburyport (15 minutes) and Portsmouth (20 minutes), Southern Maine Coastline (25 minutes), Boston, MA (55 minutes), Portland, ME & Lakes Region (60 minutes). Surrounded by numerous hospitals for travel nurses or tradesmen(women) at the power plants/naval yards - take notice!

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1. Send me a message so we can connect/chat.
2. I'll send you a form to fill out.
3. If selected, then I'll ask you when you'd like to view the property. Your choice to move forward or not from there.
4. From there, if chosen, then we will conduct a background check, etc. The fee is on the tenants to pay (~25 dollars per person over 18)
5. If everything looks good, then we will sign a contract and set up your move-in date.

2. We have the option of adding a 4th bedroom for an additional $300 per month.

3. We currently are on FurnishedFinders, as well as apartments.com.

The lease is January - June

We allow pets but have weekly summer rentals. A deep cleaning fee will be tacked on if pets are involved since our weekly summer rentals have pet allergens!

    "used to be considered a poor town but has since changed that imagel. the new stores and construction was a pain at first because it made traffic un barable. however ot now shows that all of that was well worth it. new families are moving in to the town and is not only families that have been here for generations anymore "
