To be candid, the house does not have a washer/dryer, but we are near 3 local laundromats within 1-2 miles of the home.

A short drive to Newburyport (15 minutes) and Portsmouth (20 minutes), Southern Maine Coastline (25 minutes), Boston, MA (55 minutes), Portland, ME & Lakes Region (60 minutes). Surrounded by numerous hospitals for travel nurses or tradesmen(women) at the power plants/naval yards - take notice!

2 bedroom can be used at a rent of $3000 per month with locking two other bedrooms.

    "used to be considered a poor town but has since changed that imagel. the new stores and construction was a pain at first because it made traffic un barable. however ot now shows that all of that was well worth it. new families are moving in to the town and is not only families that have been here for generations anymore "
