Carpet in bedrooms. Nearly new kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with long term home owners around. Completely fenced back yard. Remaining showing 11/6 from 1-4pm.

Renter is responsible for electric, gas, water and trash. Solar panels offset cost of electricity. Current tenant reports their family pays approximately 100.00 per month for electricity. This is the main front house for rent. Separate guest house rented to another single person. Electricity is shared and paid by the front house but solar panels cancel out the amount used. The large beautiful trees and the lawns do require care. Tenant is provided with a lawnmower and is expected to keep up the lawns and rake up leaves in the fall. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING. This is a deal breaker. If you smoke, you will be asked to leave. Pets considered with additional pet rent and based on landlord meeting them and they are not excluded breeds for the insurance policy. Long driveway allows 2 cars to be parked off street. Any additional parking needs must be on the street. I am local and will take good care of you. Looking for friendly, responsible tenant(s).
