'Beachcomber's Paradise' is what you've been expecting for your beach vacation. Located on prestigious Beachcomber Drive in the quaint town of Morro Bay, this spectacular 2000sq. ft. Oceanfront single level home has vaulted ceilings and 180 degree panoramic whitewater views of the Pacific Ocean with easy access to the beach & ocean.
All of the rooms in this home are very open and spacious. From the Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Sitting Room & Large Front Patio you can view the expanse of the Pacific Ocean from Morro Rock to Cayucos . The two Bedrooms and the Den have incredible whitewater views as well. Nicknamed 'Two Palms' by the local surfers for the two 60 foot tall Palm trees in the front of the house, they serve as a landmark for surfers and wayward house guests.
At Beachcomber's Paradise you'll be amazed at how quickly time passes as you find yourself hypnotized by the incredible sweeping views of the sea. Gazing at miles of sandy beach will inspire you to walk down to the waters edge. You can easily walk to Morro Rock or Cayucos, the choice is all yours and the access is right across from the house. The wall of panoramic windows will make it easy for you to view all the action on the beach without even leaving the house. The distance to the beach in front of our home is approximately 100 yards. The beach is a flat 2 mile stretch that attracts beachgoers, surfers, fisherman, and more.
The home is on a large corner lot that fronts the ocean. Beachcomber Drive is a popular walking, biking, running, birdwatching, ocean and sunset viewing street. People come from all around to savor its beauty.

The Kitchen is a delight with granite counter tops, a huge 48 inch commercial 'Wolf' gas range, stainless steel appliances and European Cabinets. There's a second vegetable sink, a Bosch stainless dishwasher and the most amazing views of the waves crashing on the beach while you prepare your meals or just sip your coffee. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need for the perfect vacation.
The oceanfront wrap-around 1400 sq. ft. Patio provides an incredible outdoor living space with extensive brick and flagstone, built in benches, lighting and includes a built-in Gas Fire Pit for those enchanting evenings and amazing sunsets! The built-in Fire Pit is very popular and provides the perfect location for making 'Smores with the kids' (of all ages, including you adults). We keep binoculars and a spotting scope here to help you view the otters, dolphins, seals, whales, pelicans, surfers and more. There's also an outside shower with hot & cold water to wash off the sand from the beach. The den has access to a fenced backyard complete with patio furniture, bbq and landscaping. It also serves as a small office if you need to get some work done.
This home was professionally decorated with beautiful beach furnishings, a cozy down filled sofa to snuggle in as you enjoy the Italian Travertine fireplace. Luxury linens, bath and beach towels, high speed wireless internet, games, books, and more await you.
The home has 2 spacious bedrooms with private baths, one kingsize bed room and one with a queen size bed.
There is an additional half bath in the home. We have a small garage and there is NOT room to park your vehicle but you can use it for bicycles, coolers etc.

Decorated in the Caribbean Beach theme throughout ... this home is what you would expect from a beach home.
So, whether you're beachcombing, bike riding, surfing, golfing, wine tasting, shopping, fishing or just relaxing, this 'is' the place. The place where every evening a new and beautiful sunset will surprise you, and the sound of the ocean waves will lull you to sleep.
This had been a highly desirable weekly vacation rental for years due to its unbeatable location. It is now only available by the month May through October. Our physical address is 3198 Beachcomber Drive in Morro Bay (check out our location on Google Earth) and by the way, all of the photographs on this site were taken from this property by us !
We would like to personally 'thank' everyone for visiting our site and checking us out. It's a joy for us to be able to share this great house and location with others.

Lease is for a minimum of one month.
May is $6500 per month. June, July, August, September and October are $7000 per month.
A $1000 refundable security deposit is required for the property.
There is an additional $200 non refundable cleaning fee.
Pets are welcome but will be looked at on an individual basis and an extra charge may apply.
Maximum number of guests is 4, regardless of age.
