Landlord requires minimum credit score and no smoking in the home. Anyone who is going to occupy the property over the age of 18 must fill out the application, the landlord verification form, and employer verification form. Anyone who is over 18 and will occupy the property must be on the lease. In addition to the application and verification forms, 3 recent pay stubs and a copy of driver's license will be required. There is a $45.00 fee per person to run the credit and background check. The $45.00 must be in the form of cash, money order, or cashier's check. Rest Spree is not preferred. Landlord will consider pets on a case by case basis. Pets are at the discretion of the landlord. Tenant must get renters insurance.
