Pet friendly with limitations and one time non-refundable pet deposit of $300 per pet.
Rent $1200/mo, $1200 security deposit.

Owner pays for trash removal. Renter is responsible for all other utilities (gas, electric, and water). Renter is also responsible for general yard maintenance and snow removal. Absolutely no smoking allowed. 2 pet limit with conditions.
All persons over the age of 18 who will be residing in the home, and anyone who may not be occupying, but will be contributing to or fully responsible for rent must submit a rental application and authorize a credit and background check. There is a non-refundable $40 application fee which will pay for the credit report and background check.
Security deposit, first month's rent, and pet deposit(s), due at lease signing prior to move-in. Metro not accepted. Rental insurance is required for your protection.

I have learned that most of the older crowd that live in this neighborhood care more about how our street looks and they tend to keep our community nice and neat. While the other renters younger crowd tend to try and ruin and mess up our neighborhood. they tend to get the cops called on them more. so we stick to ourselves usually. its not that bad of a community though. "
