About this House

1926, Tulsa was a booming oil town and reached a milestone when Route 66 was established in the same year. Gatsby 319 Duplex was built around this era. It is nesting just inside the IDL blocks away from Blue Dome district, Brady District, Mother Road, and Cherry Street. Both St. Johns and Hillcrest Hospitals are near by.

The duplex itself has been lovingly restored, keeping in line with architecture of a Craftsman House but to include prerequisites of modern living and amenities. The interior beckons the opulence of the oil boom life, from the antique chandeliers to ceiling fans. The wide ceiling trims, decorative chair rails, and baseboards have not been omitted during the remodeling.

This is 319A, the downstairs unit with the large south facing front porch.

12 month lease required, must present income pay stubs, and full deposit along with first month's rent required upon move in. Renter pays electric. Water is a flat $35 monthly fee. Tenants with Renter's Insurance are preferred.

"Depending on the building, it’s pretty quiet most days after 5pm. On non-eventful weekends streets are safe enough for morning jogs around the city. There are some unhoused that walk the streets but most are neighborly. "
  • Trulia User

  • Trulia User
"I drive in and park. Once parked, I walk to wherever I want to go. Parking is metered until after 5pm, but prices are reasonable. $1 per hour, so short car trips are possible."

"I love the downtown east village area. It’s developing like crazy and has so many fun things to go do and see. Perfect for early adulthood. "
  • Jim N.
"It’s a very dog friendly downtown. However dog parks are few and far between. Regardless, people Parks have bags for picking up waste. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the area. There’s a lot of anxiety stricken dogs feeding off anxiety stricken owners. People simply don’t know how to train them and give them security that they need."
  • Crowpropertyrentals
