About this House

Prime residential property also zoned SC 4 so some commercial businesses allowed per city approval. This is a walker or bike riders paradise. Not only is it two steps out the back gate to the Centennial Trail but it is also within walking distance to the Falls Park, amphitheater that overlooks the falls, the City Park on the Rivers Edge and beach, many restaurants and a brew pub. It is tucked away with the main entrance off of a busy street in the alley, so not a lot of traffic but yet it is three blocks from I 90 for easy traveling. It is divided down the middle 1600 ft.² of finished home and 1600 feet of empty space with a garage door and lots of room for expansion remodeling, etc. The way it is now is very nice as well. The kitchen is very large and open to the living room, which is also large, the bathroom is large and has closets for storage and clothing, rack and dresser. Lots of towel towels the back door opens into a chain-link fence area, which is perfect for letting pets outside or accessing the trail. The front gate opens to the side yard. That is where the front driveway is that can easily accommodate for parked cars. Not a lot of lawn to mow which is nice big beautiful maple trees in front. There are planner boxes that are out front that are very cute that you can plant privacy things like corn or marshmallow bamboo you name it. It is the perfect location right in the heart of everything yet off the beaten path. It has forced air and the furnace was replaced in 2018 and so was the exterior air conditioner. The microwave and dishwasher are fairly new and all of the pictures were taken prior to the current tenant moving in. The tenant has been excellent and can be vacated in 60 days.
