"People love walking their dogs on the street I live on, there are beautiful views of hills and trees and other neighborhoods. People walking their dogs are friendly, and they smile and say hello when I say hello. There is the law here that dogs must be on a leash and their #2 has to be picked up in a bag, so that’s a good idea. People are genuinely friendly around here! "

"We are not in a homeowners association, but they are nearby. We’ve lived here ten years and we back up to Annadel State Park. Neighbors are nice and friendly. "
