Description

In short other than to cut the small lawn there is very little maintenance to this home. There is bonus room over the attached garage not included in the square footage number. The sunken Living area has a vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace with metal insert, and french doors leading to the back deck. The master bedroom is downstairs with his & hers closets, and large bath fitted with large shower stall, his & her sinks, jet bath, and laundry area. There are two bedrooms upstairs with and area left open to the vaulted ceiling of the downstairs living area. This area was used as an office area but could easily be converted in to the forth bedroom. There is an enclosed entrance from the attached garage in to the house to keep you dry during inclement weather and security. There is a 1200 sqft un-attached garage for all the toys or a great shop. Behind the un-attached garage and not view-able in the photos is a 22' by 9' high metal carport that was used for cover of a boat.
