The roof is four years new, double pane windows throughout, a second electrical panel has been installed in garage, bathrooms have been updated, master bathroom is oversized with extra-large tub with two pedestal sinks and built-in cabinets, the master bedroom closet is walk in and deep for extra storage, garage has work table and extra storage (including built out attic space), newer paint, kitchen back splash tile has recently been redone with heightened electrical outlets, under cabinet lighting and new sink and faucet. Home is in a great location close to schools, shopping and easy freeway access. The homeowners have lived in the home for over three decades and their pride of ownership is seen through-out!
