About this House

This is a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home with a two-car garage and 3 car driveway. There is a huge back yard with large patios on two sides. Beautiful large kitchen with eating nook and desk area. Large dining room/living room that is open and large family room with a fireplace. Master bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Nice, friendly neighborhood close to shopping and the Bolingbrook Aquatic Park. Pioneer Elementary, Brooks Middle School, and Bolingbrook High School are the school systems.

Lease goes for 1 year. Afterwards the lease turns into a month-to-month lease. 1 Month's deposit along with first month's rent required before receiving keys to the property. No smoking or drugs on property. No pets. Tenants are required to maintain lawn and property and changing the HVAC filters. Tenants are responsible for all damages done to property as per the lease. Will accept Section 8 Housing. For Section 8 all utilities will be covered and rent per month with covered utilities will be $3600.00. For non Section 8 tenants, you will be responsible for all utilities and rent will be $3100.00
