Cozy Thurston neighborhood duplex with a great location. Close to business and shopping! There are two bedrooms and an open living area. Modern stainless steel appliances (stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher), newly installed cadet heating with heat also in the bathroom, new lvp flooring and new double-paned windows. The entire inside has been renovated in the last 2 years or less. It also includes a private fenced backyard. Pets welcome, even larger dog breeds.
Availability: August 21st.

Showing by Appointment: There are slots to view starting this evening (Friday August 9th) starting at 5 p.m. After that I am available to show the duplex any day starting at 7 a.m. till 8:30 p.m. Please email me with your available time and we can make an appointment.

Things that really pop:
1. The appliances are are all nicer, newer models.
2. The heating. Many rentals have old, expensive heat, that doesn't always work well. This duplex has efficient, newly installed cadet heaters as well as new double-paned windows which look great and also reduce heating bills.
3. Backyard space. Ideal for pets, kids or outdoor barbecue.

Please note I have my own free of charge applications. I will hand out applications during the showing. All potential adult renters must see the duplex, fill out the application and then sign it before I will accept the application (so if a spouse/partner want to rent together, please make sure both see it and both fill out and sign application). I consider applications based on when they come in.

$40/mo. for large dog breeds (adults typically 51-90 lbs.) Examples include Afghan Hound, Bloodhound, Boxer, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Collie, Dalmatian, German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, Greyhound, Irish Setter, Labrador Retriever, Old English Sheepdog, Pointer, Poodle, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, and Siberian Husky.

$50/mo. pet fee for giant dog breeds (adults typically over 90 lbs.) Examples include St. Bernard, Newfoundland, Great Dane, Irish Wolfhound and the Giant Mastiff. All puppies of any size are $50/mo until age 1.

Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
