The house has 2 large bedrooms and a den/bar that can be used as a bedroom. 2 full bath, one has a walk in shower and the other a bathtub with a shower. There is a huge dining room with a living room and a breakfast nook that be used as an office. Kitchen has an electric stove, two electric ovens, dishwasher and a brand new refrigerator. There is a laundry room with hookup for a gas dryer. Two car garage with room for storage. Very big backyard with a huge tree, plenty of shade and lots of plants. There are 4 split units for air conditioning. Owner pays water and trash. Renter is responsible for all other utilities. No pets and no smoking.
