"This is a safe and beautiful place to live. However, there is not much for young kids to do. Unless, they’re involved with sports. The properties are very well kept and people take pride in the community. The lake is beautiful and the town is surrounded by it. Hayesville NC is just on the borderline of Hiawassee GA. So, it is easy to go from one state to the next."

"THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL, AND FULL OF ACTIVITES. THERE IS TUBING, CANOEING, AND KAYAKING ALL RIGHT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. MOUNTAIN BIKING AND HIKING RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. THE LAKE IS A HALF A MILE AWAY. THE SCHOOLS ARE THE BEST IN THE STATE. THERE IS GREAT RESTARAUNTS ARE QUAINT SHOPPING ALL AROUND."
