Description

Welcome to this spacious 2,200+ square foot split-level that will not leaving you wishing you had more space!

Located in a prime spot near Fort Island Primary School and within walking distance of Fort Island Park and Swim Club, you won't have to go far at all to enjoy the neighborhood and all it has to offer.

Walk in through the front porch and you'll immediately be greeted with an open concept living to dining room with tons of natural light.
The heart of the home is the completely remodeled kitchen where you have space to cook for large holiday meals or bake until you drop with all of that counter space and storage!

Off of the dining room, the sliding doors lead to one of the largest decks I have ever seen on a home! You can throw a family reunion or invite the entire little league team over for a cookout this deck is so big. Don't forget the fully fenced in back yard with a TREE HOUSE that has a newer floor installed as well as a rock wall.

Back inside on the top level, you'll find a large full bathroom with an oversized vanity, shower/tub combo and room to sing and dance in the mirror like you just don't care. Rounding out the upstairs, there is a master bedroom (plenty large enough for a King and dressers) as well as two other bedrooms.

The fourth bedroom, ideal for guests or an office, is conveniently located on the lower level, just off of the rec room complete with a remote-controlled gas fireplace to make a cozy spot for those cold winter nights. Just down the hall before you head to the basement, you'll find the second full bath with another shower/tub combo. The basement has tons of storage, many updates to major systems in recent years which offers some peace of mind.

Don’t miss the chance to own this exceptional home—schedule a showing today and make it yours!

  • ssnyder415
"This area is GREAT for young families. Beautiful park and private neighborhood swim club - all within walking/biking distance. Quiet, kid-friendly neighborhood that is just minutes away from great restaurants and shopping."
  • fpc7454
"This is an extremely well kept professional neighborhood of custom homes. It is centrally located with easy access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment and major highways. The school system is consistently rated among the best in the state. The neighborhood sidewalks offer a safe and family friendly environment with close proximity to several parks and recreational areas."
  • dvdthedrgn
"I lived in these condos for 6 years, and I loved it. Downtown Akron is 15 minutes away, downtown Cleveland is only 25 minutes away. The Mall, local shops, diners, etc etc are less than 10 minutes away. The area is still growing and these condos are tucked away in the perfect secluded little spot in an upper middle class neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves and I'm never disturbed by sounds of neighbors moving around in their units. The HOA fees are also the best deal in the area by far. "
