Electric is paid by tenant directly to provider. Heating is provided by electric and propane. Tenant responsible for refilling propane as necessary
Lease Initiation Fee: $150 - One time fee due upon lease signing
Resident Benefit Package - $45 per month - Includes property liability insurance, quarterly furnace filter replacement, one time late fee waiver, online portal access, and an emergency maintenance line.

Most people have garages though, so the streets are pretty clear. Because they are so big though, speeding is super common. The area is pretty all year long. "
